Day 37/ Day 38

Day 37 went really well considering we were on a ski vacation! I ate whatever I wanted and felt pretty good the entire time. If I am extremely active (like skiing all day long) then my body has an easier time digesting some of the harder foods. I would say it was a successful day of reintroduction!

Day 38 means back on the Whole30! Although I ate whatever I wanted to yesterday I know that my stomach needs a break now. Unfortunately I can’t pound down burgers quite like I used too. So today I am back on the Whole30 and I am feeling good!

The Ski Vacation Recap

Breckenridge, CO

Yesterday we had an amazing time skiing in Breckenridge with my parents! It was a bit windy but nothing bad enough to slow us down. We were on the slopes all day long!

Noah broke the land speed record at 39 miles per hour on skis. I am pretty sure that is a world record or something. Needless to say, my parents and I had a hard time keeping up with the speed demon!

We had a fantastic time and are ready to hit the slopes again! Okay, maybe after our muscles aren’t so sore and we have recovered from yesterday a little more… But we are still ready!
