Today I am going to give gluten a go! As I type this my husband is kneading some dough right now.
When reintroducing gluten it is critical to know what is going into your bread. Store bought bread can contain so many types of foods that when you introduce store bought bread you can’t be positive what is actually having an effect on you. So to minimize the amount of variation in the gluten I reintroduce I have my husband whip up some of his bread.
Also to be honest, his bread is WAY better than any store bought bread! So I keep telling him that it is crucial to my Whole30 success that he makes the bread!
