Sometimes reintroduction feels like you are driving on the wrong side of the road!
It is stressful to reintroduce “bad foods” back into your diet. You are scared and worried that it will ruin all of the progress you have made. Here’s the thing, it wont! You are supposed to reintroduce and learn more about what works with your body and what doesn’t!
Today I think was a good day but I can’t be sure! I had a bit of tummy troubles but a number of things could have caused that tiny bit of trouble. To be sure about dairy I will do another round in the future!
