First day of reintroduction! No I did not reintroduce blueberry muffins today… Even though I wanted too!
Today I reintroduced dairy. At lunch I had some sour cream with my meal. For dinner we made a marinara sauce with dairy in it.
I am always nervous for reintroduction so sometimes it is hard to tell if I am feeling weird because I am nervous or because the food is really getting to me. Luckily the Whole30 plan for reintroduction allows enough time with each food group to determine what the real issue is.
Today is dairy. Tomorrow is back on the Whole30. Friday is gluten!
